A Davaoeno, Fr. Jo, as he is fondly called, is a member of the Lorenzo Ruiz Mission Society and is currently the Vice-Rector and Dean of Seminarians of San Lorenzo Mission Institute at the San Carlos Pastoral Complex in Guadalupe Makati City. He completed his doctoral degree at the Greforian University (Rome) in 1999 with the dissertation entitled: Inculturation of the Filipino-Chinese Cultural Mentality. He teaches Missiology, Theology of Religions, Missionary Spirituality and Theology of Inculturation at the San Carlos Graduate School of Theology and the Lorenzo Mission Institute.

Born in Mumbai India in 1954, Fr. Francis Vincent Anthony completed his doctoral studies in 1993 at the Salesian Pontifical University (Rome), where he is currently an associate professor of Fundamental Practical Theology and the Director of the Institute of Pastoral Theology. He is a visiting professor at the Scalabrini International Migration Institute, Pontifical Urbanian University, St Thomas Pontifical University (all in Rome), and the Kristu Jyoti College (Bangalore). He is a member of the International Society of Empirical Research in Theology (ISERT), the International Academy of Practical Theology (IAPT), and the International Association of Catholic Missiologists (IACM). He was the director of comparative empirical research (2004-2009) among Christians, Muslims and Hindus on Religion and Conflict in the multireligious Context of Tamil Nadu, India, in collaboration with Profs Chris A.M. Hermans and Carl Sterkens of the Radboud University Nijmegen (The Netherlands).

A frenchman, Fr. Francois Jourdan joined the Congregation of the Heart of Jesus and Mary (Eudist Fathers) in 1975.
In 1988 he obtained a double doctorate: in Theology at the Institut Catholique de Paris and in History of Religions and Religious Anthropology at the University of Sorbonne.
He taught at the Institute Catholique de Paris in 1992 and had a four-year stint at PISAI (Pontifical Institute of Arabic and Islamic Studies) in Rome (1994-1998). For ten years he was in charge of the Catholic-Moslem relations of the Archdiocese of Paris. He is the author of "Dieu des chretiens, dieu des musulmans" (Editions de l'Oeuvre 2008) which was translated recently into italian. He is an advocate of non-violent action and a conscience objector.

Bishop Emeritus of Hong Kong
Joseph Zen was born in Shanghai to devoutly Catholic parents, Vincent Zen and Margaret Tseu. He studied in a church school during the Second Sino-Japanese War, but was sent to an abbey after his father suffered a stroke. Zen Ze-kiun fled to Hong Kong from Shanghai to escape communist rule at the end of the Chinese Civil War. There he entered the Salesian Congregation. He was ordained priest in 1961. He obtained a licentiate in theology and a doctorate in philosophy from the Salesian Pontifical University in Rome. Since 1973, he has taught in the Holy Spirit Seminary - Hong Kong. In 1978, he became the Provincial Superior of the Salesians (which includes mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau nad Taiwan). Between 1989 and 1996 he was a lecturer in the seminaries in mainland China, acknowledged by the Communist party. He was appointed the coadjutor Bishop of Hong Kong in 1996 by Pope John Paul II, and became its Resident Bishop in 2002. On February 2006, he was made Cardinal by Pope Benedict XVI.
